Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to maintain freshness
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking goals
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable early morning availability (4 AM - 12 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
