Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the warehouse area
- Stock shelves with merchandise according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
