Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves, arrange displays, and rotate inventory according to company standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move merchandise from receiving to sales floor
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance during overnight operations
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily stocking goals
- Assist with unloading trucks and processing deliveries promptly
Qualifications
- Previous stocker or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for 4:00 AM start times
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
