Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise products according to planogram standards
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Ensure sales floor presentation meets company standards
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and adhere to OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4 AM - 12 PM shifts daily
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
