Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the stockroom
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Follow safety protocols for lifting and handling
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts at 4:00 AM or earlier
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and bend repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Newark Avenue location
