Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning hours (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to company standards and planograms
- Ensure product freshness and rotation (FIFO) while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight crew to meet stocking goals and resolve issues
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Report maintenance concerns and inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts, Monday through Friday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
