Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and safety standards
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to prevent spoilage
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew to ensure seamless store readiness
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse operations)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
