Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification tasks
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure smooth operational handoff
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and price verification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
