Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Efficiently stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram standards
- Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional signage are properly displayed
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floor throughout shift
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments
- Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew and morning management team
Qualifications
- Availability for early morning shifts (starts between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocker, warehouse, or retail experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Henderson location
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Must pass pre-employment background check
