Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise deliveries efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planogram standards
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all stock areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily stocking targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification a plus
