Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in a timely manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate inventory management systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Assist with price changes and promotional setups
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Raleigh location
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
