Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with merchandise
- Ensure accurate inventory rotation using FIFO methods
- Maintain clean, orderly stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts, including weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and stocking procedures
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
