Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise shelves and display areas according to planograms and company standards
- Organize and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock levels
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain efficient workflow
- Perform quality checks on incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the store
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
