Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, display cases, and storage areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and price markdowns as needed
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts consistently
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for maintaining store standards
