Responsibilities
- Unload and process inbound shipments efficiently and accurately
- Organize merchandise in stockrooms and on sales floors according to planograms
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure all products are properly priced and displayed
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Support store opening procedures and readiness checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual for 4:00 AM start times
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
