Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise efficiently and accurately in assigned departments
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting
- Report maintenance issues and stock discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shift)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
