Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with merchandise in a timely manner
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Availability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
