Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with precision and efficiency
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain clean, safe work environments
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and merchandising equipment safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to arrive punctually for 4:00 AM shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass pre-employment background check
