Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas with merchandise before store opening
- Organize inventory according to planogram standards and company guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store preparation
- Assist with price tagging and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to Baton Rouge location
- Comfortable with remote onboarding and digital communication tools
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
