Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise efficiently
- Stock shelves and displays according to planograms
- Ensure product freshness and rotation (FIFO method)
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory systems
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for vendor deliveries)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
