Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments with precision
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and comply with FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom conditions
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Assist with price changes and promotional setup as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts (4-6 hours/day)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and price verification
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to Central Ave location
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for maintaining high standards of store presentation
