Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise efficiently
- Stock shelves and displays with accuracy and speed
- Ensure product freshness and proper rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Operate inventory management systems and scanning equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability (3-5 AM start times)
