Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments with precision and speed
- Stock shelves according to planograms while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and quality control
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floor areas
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification a plus
