Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom environments
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Report inventory discrepancies to department leads
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable punctuality for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid work authorization required
