Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments using provided equipment (pallet jacks, rolling ladders)
- Organize inventory in accordance with store layout and rotation protocols
- Operate digital scanners for real-time inventory updates
- Maintain clean and safe work environments in stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to safely operate provided equipment after training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
