Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, racks, and display areas efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all products are properly priced and labeled according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock situations
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking and merchandising goals
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable early morning availability (shifts start between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
