Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage areas
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and other stocking equipment safely
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts, Monday through Friday
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tracking and processing
- Valid driver's license (for potential inventory runs)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
