Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments efficiently during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Ensure all store shelves are fully stocked and products are rotated according to FIFO principles
- Maintain a clean, organized stockroom with precise inventory management
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking goals and operational targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors promptly
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes
Qualifications
- Previous stocking, warehousing, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during early morning hours
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and stock organization
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate inventory scanning systems and basic material handling equipment
