Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments with precision and speed
- Stock shelves according to planogram standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to ensure product freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shift daily
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (for potential equipment operation)
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
