Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate products using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies to store management
- Support inventory audits and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
