Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise in an organized, visually appealing manner
- Unload, sort, and process incoming shipments with efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work environments following OSHA standards
- Operate pallet jacks and material-handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Ensure pricing and promotional tags are correctly applied
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM) reliably
- Previous stocking, warehousing, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (for occasional vendor pickups)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
