Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient inventory management
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to shift supervisor
- Adhere to all food safety and company sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Previous stockroom, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
