Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise efficiently and accurately
- Rotate products following FIFO principles to maintain freshness and quality
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals
- Assist with unloading and processing inbound shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Valid forklift certification is a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with excellent communication skills
