Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Ensure all products are rotated using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method
- Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the store
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient inventory management
- Assist with price labeling and promotional signage placement
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
