Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prepare for store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to all company safety and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (shifts typically 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking accuracy
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
