Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain venue safety standards
- Execute seamless event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Manage VIP guest experiences and coordinate with vendors
- Handle ticketing, registration, and crowd control procedures
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage inventory
- Uphold brand integrity through professional appearance and conduct
- Document incidents and report operational feedback to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event industry terminology and protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Preferred: TABC certification or food handler's permit
