Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, venue setup, and crowd management
- Provide exceptional customer service and real-time issue resolution for attendees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event timelines are met
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Support promotional activities through brand ambassadorship and product demonstrations
- Conduct post-event evaluations and detailed incident reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
