Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper handling techniques
- Monitor dog behavior and health during outings
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via mobile app
- Maintain detailed records of walks and pet observations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for weather conditions and route planning
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication
- Participate in ongoing training workshops to expand skills
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Passion for animal welfare and safety-first mindset
- Available for morning/evening shifts (5 AM - 9 PM)
- Willingness to complete paid certification program
