Responsibilities
- Walk dogs of various breeds and sizes on scheduled routes throughout Phoenix.
- Ensure dogs are well-exercised, socialized, and remain safe during outings.
- Collect waste and dispose of it properly to maintain clean public spaces.
- Provide fresh water and basic care checks during walks.
- Report any unusual behavior, injuries, or health issues to pet owners immediately.
- Arrive on time for all shifts to ensure reliability and client trust.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while interacting with pets and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pet sitting or dog walking is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong love for animals and a patient, gentle demeanor with all pets.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Excellent communication skills for updating pet owners on their pet's day.
