Responsibilities
- Walk and exercise dogs of various sizes and breeds in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure all dogs are properly leashed and under control at all times.
- Collect and dispose of waste appropriately during all walks.
- Monitor the health and behavior of pets during visits to ensure their safety.
- Administer medication or food supplements as directed by pet owners.
- Provide basic obedience training and socialization during walks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pet sitting, dog walking, or animal care is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to lift and handle pets weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Certification in pet first aid is a plus.
