As we gear up for the pivotal year of 2026, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, evaluating disruptive technologies, and crafting a vision that keeps us at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Horizon Scanning: Conduct in-depth research to identify macro trends, technological advancements, and market shifts expected to define the year 2026 and beyond.
- Future-Proofing Roadmaps: Develop and maintain long-term strategic roadmaps that align with our core mission, ensuring scalability and resilience against future disruptions.
- Disruptive Technology Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to determine their viability for our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate strategic vision into actionable operational goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future scenarios to stakeholders and board members in a compelling, clear, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or executive consulting, with a proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications, with a specific focus on 2026 tech trends.
- Analytical Acumen: Exceptional ability to analyze data, forecast market behaviors, and derive actionable insights from ambiguity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
