Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and product information into our internal database systems.
- Review and verify all data entries for errors, typos, and discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Generate and format standard reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Assist in data cleansing and updating existing records as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding data inconsistencies or urgent requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
