Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software systems.
- Perform on-site diagnostic assessments to determine technical requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and inventory usage.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field service or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LANs, and wireless networking.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
