Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist with daily workflow management during evening shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, answering inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor work output to ensure all tasks meet our rigorous standards of accuracy and safety.
- Inventory & Logistics: Help maintain organized stock areas and coordinate the movement of materials as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Shift Adherence: Commit to scheduled evening hours (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with reliability.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Experience: Previous experience in general labor, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to our Austin location.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
