Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders across Louisville within promised timeframes
- Optimize delivery routes using our GPS-powered app for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Operate company-provided vehicles or personal vehicles (depending on assignment)
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols during deliveries
- Resolve delivery issues promptly and communicate with support team
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and ability to use delivery apps
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Louisville neighborhoods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
