Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized client engagement strategies to drive retention and growth
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring seamless issue resolution
- Analyze usage data and client feedback to identify expansion opportunities and product improvements
- Coordinate and deliver quarterly business reviews with key accounts

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS or technology sector
