As a Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need efficiently and professionally. We offer a hybrid-friendly culture and prioritize work-life balance, making us a top employer in the Triangle area.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to clients.
- Work rotating evening shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) to support our global client base.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
