Responsibilities
- Handle donor inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process donations and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex community needs
- Update donor databases and CRM systems with precision
- Participate in community outreach events (evenings/weekends)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or nonprofit experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (if field work required)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
