Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve service issues efficiently using CRM tools and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services
- Meet monthly performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
