Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and history in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote our services to meet sales targets.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
